Defining moments for the city, for the club. One of the greatest milestones in the history of SV Werder Bremen is without doubt the club’s first German championship in 1965 — now celebrating its 60th anniversary.
The Third Jersey for the 2025/26 season is dedicated to this anniversary, bringing that unique moment back to life. The highlight of the shirt is the copper-colored “60” along with the inscription “Deutscher Meister 1965” on the inside of the collar. This is complemented by a tonal image of the first championship team. In addition, the dark green Third Jersey impresses with a harmonious gradient that becomes lighter toward the bottom. The Werder diamond crest, the hummel logo, and the copper piping give the shirt an elegant, premium touch.
The customizable print is also something special: the retro-style numbers on the back are inspired by the typography of the original 1965 kit.
The Werder family bridges time and generations — connecting past, present, and future. The nostalgia woven into this unique Third Jersey is meant to be passed on to the next generation.
